Wagga Wagga small business Lilier Lodge shines with new solar system thanks to Origin
Handy Girl Australia, a runner-up winner, has been recognised for their efforts to create a confident female workforce in an industry that has historically been inaccessible.
Intrinsic School of Dance, a runner up winner, is a dance studio that offers career paths in performance and teaching of various dance styles.
Indigo Early Learning Centre, a runner up winner, has been recognised for switching to reusable nappies, eliminating more than 50,000 disposable nappies per year bound for landfill.
Breathe Easy Café, a runner up winner, has been recognised for their tireless efforts to fundraise for disaster accommodation and prepare more than 350 meals for victims of the 2022 Queensland floods.

We’re celebrating the resilience, determination, passion, and creativity of small businesses . Origin has rewarded five small Australian businesses for their outstanding contributions to their community, as part of Thank You Small Business- a worldwide initiative brought to Australia for the first time by Origin, in partnership with Silver Lining.

We asked Australians to nominate Small Business Owners they love and received hundreds of nominations.
Among the nominees, 5 Small Businesses were selected for the amazing contribution they have on their community.
Fully Installed Solar System For The Grand Prize
Winners received support from Origin and Thank You Small Business to promote their businesses and help them find new customers. The Grand Prize Winner received a fully installed solar system.

After bush fires, Covid-19 and all of the challenges that Australian Small Business Owners faced in 2020, Origin Energy decided to bring Good Energy to Australia and originated Thank You Small Business in their country. As part of this campaign, hundreds of Small Business Owners across the country were nominated for a Thank You Prize and 5 Winners were chosen to receive practical support to thank and celebrate them for all that they did for their communities despite the challenges that they faced.
